Northwest-Shoals Community College (NW-SCC) officially opened its new 8,844 square-foot Salon and Spa Center on Monday, November 16th, at 2:00 p.m. with a brief press conference followed by an open house.
Dr. Mark Heinrich, chancellor of the Alabama Community College System (ACCS), today recommended and the ACCS Board of Trustees unanimously approved the appointment of Dr. Larry A. Ferguson as the new president for Bevill State Community College. The appointment was announced during the Board’s November meeting, held today at the ACCS Central Office.
A special celebration held on November 9, 2015, marked the culmination of a three-year partnership between Bevill State Community College, Alabama Power Company, Southern Company Services, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
