The Applicant Pool is a service provided by the Alabama Community College System to notify job seekers of open positions within the ACCS.
A job seeker will create a profile by providing contact, education, and demographic data as well as specifying the areas of interest that match the skills and education a job seeker possesses. When new jobs that match the Job Seeker's areas of interest are posted, an email is sent to the Job Seeker notifying them of the open position.
