Gregory Durham discovered a new and exciting career opportunity through AIDT training.

"It was an opportunity to see if I wanted to change industries," said Durham, an Alabama Cullman Yutaka Technologies LLC team leader. "Applying for training to get this job was one of my best decisions, with the exception of my military work."

AIDT, or Alabama Industrial Development Training, provides quality workforce development for Alabama’s new and expanding businesses – and in turn, expands opportunities through the jobs these businesses create.

Yutaka Technologies, a Honda supplier founded in Japan, opened plants in Ohio in 1996 and in South Carolina in 1999.
